General Information

Qwest DSL Service includes backup dialup capability, 4 e-mail accounts, 10 MB personal home page, 2 hours telephone support annually.

US West technicians cannot assist with:

1. Changing any IRQ assignments on the customer's computer or perform any special configurations outside what is required for the Qwest equipment.

2. The technician will not perform any enhancements or changes to the customer's interior wiring.

3. If the wiring is found unable to support MegaBit, the customer will need to contact Qwest Repair and pay for any applicable necessary work and schedule a technician appointment.

4. The Qwest Technician will not have the ability to provide any spare US West equipment.

5. If the customer does not have the complete MegaBit modem package, has the incorrect equipment, or for any reason requires equipment other than is on-site when the technician arrives they will need to follow the process for obtaining the equipment and re-schedule the install.
