Step 1. Click on Start
Step 2. Click on Control Panel
Step 3. Click on Network and Internet Connections
Step 4. Click on Setup or Change your Internet Connection

Step 4. On the Connections Tab, Click on the Setup button

Step 5.  Click on Next.

Step 6. Select Connect to Internet and click on next.

Step 7. Select Set up my connection manually and click on Next

Step 8. Select Connect using a dial-up modem and click on Next.

Step 9. Enter "Vircom" for your ISP Name and click on Next

Step 10. Enter the phone number you want to dial and click Next.

Step 11. Click Next

Step 12. Enter your username and password. Uncheck the box labeled "Turn on Internet Connection Firewall for this connection". Click on Next

Step 13. Click on Finish. You have completed the dial-up connection.
